Renew your spirit by dedicating 30 days to a daily morning yoga practice. Plus, enjoy one month of free yoga after the challenge is complete!

Bring your mat and stay for one, two or all three sessions, each featuring a different style of yoga with a new instructor to lead you in your practice.

This is a gentle class aimed at nurturing and rebuilding the body’s abilities. If you have an injury or other body issue that impedes your ability to be active, Yoga Therapy is a great place to start your way back to a life of activity and is tailored to your abilities, needs and range of motion.
